Terms of providing services by electronic means

§ 1. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:

  1. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions for the provision of services by electronic means,
  2. The Firm - Kancelaria Prawna Zarzycka i Partnerzy Sp. k. with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Kartuska 246, 80-122 Gdańsk, NIP 5833437255, KRS 0000924362,
  3. Client - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, using the services provided by the Firm,
  4. Service - paid services provided by the Firm by electronic means.

§ 2. Services

The firm provides, electronically and for a fee, legal assistance services comprising in particular the provision of legal advice and the sale of legal service packages for companies.

§ 3. Entering data and correcting errors by the Client

  1. In order to use the Service, the Client completes a form, providing the data necessary for its performance: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the enquiry.
  2. Pressing the „Rezerwuję termin" field (respectively: the button submitting the form) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Client may correct the data provided within 24 hours of entering it - by telephone at +48 58 500 83 51 or by e-mail to biuro@znanymecenas.pl.

§ 4. Protection of personal data

Submitting the form is equivalent to giving consent to the processing of the Client's personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service. The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.

§ 5. Time for performance of the service

  1. Legal advice is provided at a time agreed with the Client, after the payment has been credited to the Firm's account.
  2. Legal services packages are performed within 48 hours from the moment the Firm's bank account is credited.
  3. The firm reserves the right to extend the deadline for performing the Service, of which it will promptly notify the Client.
  4. If the information provided by the Client is incomplete, the Client is obliged to supplement it within 5 days of being requested to do so.
  5. The Client consents to the commencement of the provision of the Service before the expiry of the fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract - and accordingly, pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Client is not entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract.

§ 6. Payments

  1. Payment for the Service is made via the electronic payment system provided on the Firm's website or by transfer to the account indicated in the confirmation.
  2. After receiving the quote, the Client may withdraw from the Service without any obligation to pay.

§ 7. Conclusion of the contract

  1. The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded at the moment the Firm's bank account is credited with the amount indicated in the quote.
  2. The agreement is terminated in the event of failure to pay within 5 days of the day the quote is sent to the Client.

§ 8. Codes of ethics

The firm provides its services with due regard for the principles arising from the Code of Attorney Ethics.

§ 9. Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the Services may be submitted by e-mail to biuro@znanymecenas.pl within 6 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
  2. A complaint should contain: the full name (or company name), address, e-mail address and the grounds for the complaint.
  3. Complaints are considered within 14 working days of receipt.

§ 10. Liability for damages

The firm is liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the Service, except where the non-performance or improper performance resulted from circumstances beyond the firm's control. The compensation may not exceed ten times the amount paid by the Client for the Service.

§ 11. Final provisions

  1. The Client is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Firm.
  3. The firm reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, published on the firm's website. Continued use of the services after the publication of the amended Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes made.
