How much does legal help cost?
A consultation lasts an hour and costs PLN 350 - online or at the office. An initial assessment of your case is free: you describe the situation and within 24 hours we present a plan of action and the costs. The fee for handling a case is always agreed in advance, before we start working together.
Can I handle everything online, without coming to Gdańsk?
Yes. We hold consultations by phone and video call, you send documents by e-mail, and the power of attorney can be signed by post. We handle cases for clients from all over Poland and the European Union.
How should I prepare for the first consultation?
A brief description of the situation and the documents you have at hand are enough - contracts, court letters, correspondence. If something is missing, no problem: we will tell you what to obtain and where. After the consultation you know your options and what to do next.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the type of case and the court, so we do not make empty promises. After analysing the case we present a realistic timeline. Where it is beneficial, we propose a settlement or mediation - they often end a dispute faster than a trial.
I do not know whether my case has a chance. What should I do?
